We have recently identified fraudulent activity involving scammers pretending to offer "account management services". These individuals may attempt to trick users into revealing sensitive information such as account passwords, in order to steal assets. If you are experiencing a similar situation, follow the steps below to contact our platform for assistance. AlphaX is committed to supporting users and protecting their interests to the greatest extent possible.
1. Contact customer service and describe your situation. The support team will send you an "Incident Report Form" to quickly record and understand the details of your case. Fill it out accurately and in detail.
2. The support team will escalate your case to the Legal Department for further handling and provide a response within one hour. Monitor messages from online customer service or Notifications.
3. If legal action is required to process a suspected account, you will need to submit a "Freezing Request Letter", including: Case filing decision document, asset freezing notice, and police officer ID (*2). Send the documents to support@alphax.com.
4. If the suspected account is confirmed to be involved in illegal activity, the platform will permanently suspend the account. Asset handling will be managed by the Legal Department, with the aim of maximizing user protection.
