As cryptocurrency adoption continues to grow worldwide, the industry has attracted not only enthusiasts, traders, and investors, but also scammers and hackers. Protecting your AlphaX account and securing your crypto assets should always be a top priority.
This guide outlines practical tips and security measures to help strengthen your account protection and keep your assets safer.
- Enable Google 2FA authentication
To better protect your AlphaX account, we strongly recommend enabling Google Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) immediately after sign-up. Refer to AlphaX Guide | How to set up, link, remove, or change Google Authenticator for more details.
We also recommend enabling 2FA for your email account. You can follow the official guides provided by major email service providers such as Gmail, ProtonMail, iCloud, Hotmail, and Outlook to set up 2FA.
- Set a fund password
For additional protection, we strongly recommend setting an fund password that is different from your login password. This fund password will be required for security verification and withdrawal actions, helping protect your funds even if your login credentials are compromised.
- Beware of phishing and fake AlphaX platforms
To verify whether an AlphaX-related domain or information source is legitimate, including emails, phone numbers, URLs, or social media account, use AlphaX's official verification channels.
Do not click on suspicious links, SMS messages, or emails from unknown sources, and avoid downloading apps or signing up through unofficial websites. Always confirm you are visiting the official AlphaX website: https://alphax.com.
- Disable accounts with suspicious activity
If you discover or suspect that your account may have been compromised, we recommend disabling your account through the "Security settings" page or via the links provided in emails notifying new withdrawal address or new device login.
- Additional security recommendations
(1) Use a strong password: Choose a strong password with at least 8 characters (the longer, the stronger), combining letters, numbers, and special characters. Make sure to distinguish between uppercase and lowercase letters.

(3) Keep your account information confidential: Do not share your email address or any account-related personal information with anyone.
(4) Avoid insecure public WiFi: We recommend using a secure network connection, such as your smartphone's 4G/LTE mobile network. Or trade through the official AlphaX app anytime, anywhere.
(5) Remember to log out manually: If you plan to leave your computer unattended for an extended period, we recommend manually logging out of your account.
(6) Add extra security measures: Consider enabling login passwords, security locks, and Face ID verification on your smartphone, desktop, or laptop.
(7) Avoid auto-fill and saved passwords: Do not use browser auto-fill features or save passwords in your browser.
