Your user ID (UID) is a unique account identifier. When contacting customer service, you may be asked to provide your UID along with other relevant account information. Follow the steps below to find and copy your UID on the AlphaX website or app.
- Website
After logging into your AlphaX account, click your profile avatar in the top-right corner.
You can find your UID in the dropdown menu. Click the icon on the right to copy it.
- App
Open the AlphaX app, tap the nine-dot menu icon in the top-left corner of the homepage. Your UID will be displayed below your profile avatar. Tap the icon on the right to copy it.
