The anti-phishing code is a security feature provided by AlphaX that adds an extra layer of protection to your account. Once enabled, your custom anti-phishing code will appear in all official AlphaX emails. This code will help you identify legitimate emails and avoid phishing scams.
1. Log in to your AlphaX account, click your avatar in the top-right corner to open the dropdown menu, then select "Security settings".
2. Find "Anti-phishing code" and click the toggle button next to it.
3. Enter your preferred anti-phishing code.
Note: The anti-phishing code must contain 3-10 characters and does not support special symbols. Do not use a commonly used password as your anti-phishing code.
Enter the email verification code to complete security verification.
4. After entering the verification code, your anti-phishing code setup will be completed. From now on, all official verification emails from AlphaX will include your anti-phishing code.
5. Return to the "Security settings" page and locate "Anti-phishing code" to view your current code.
If you want to update it, click the "Edit" button next to it.
6. Enter your new anti-phishing code and complete email verification to update your anti-phishing code.
