If you are unable to receive email verification codes from AlphaX, follow the troubleshooting steps below:
1. Check your spam/junk folder
Make sure the AlphaX verification email has not been mistakenly filtered into your spam or junk folder.
2. Remove filters or blocked senders
Check whether emails from AlphaX have been blocked or filtered. Ensure that support@alphax.com is added to your email whitelist, then try requesting the verification code again.
3. Clear your inbox
If your mailbox has reached its storage limit, you may not be able to receive new emails. Delete unnecessary emails and try again.
4. Contact customer service
If the issue persists, contact AlphaX customer service. We will help switch your email verification delivery channel. After the change, try requesting the code again.
5. Update or disable email verification
If you still cannot receive the code, click "Verification options unavailable?" on the verification page. Then select your linked email address. Follow the on-screen instructions to upload a selfie holding your ID document to request an email change.
Note: The review process will be completed within 1 business day. Results will be sent via SMS or email, check your messages periodically. For account security reasons, withdrawals will be enabled 24 hours after approval.
We hope the steps above help you resolve the issue of not receiving email verification codes. If you have any questions, feel free to contact AlphaX customer service.
