The TxID/TxHash is the unique identifier of your transaction on the blockchain. You can view and copy it from the withdrawal history on your sending platform or wallet.
Using USDT block info on the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) network as an example:
- Use a blockchain explorer
1. Open the blockchain explorer: https://bscscan.com/. On the explorer page, paste the transaction hash (TxID) you want to check into the search bar to look it up.
2. Enter the block information page to view block details.
- Via an exchange:
If your transfer was made through an exchange, take AlphaX as an example, log in to your account and go to the "Financial history" page.
1. Website:
(1) Log in to your AlphaX account, click "Assets", then select "Withdraw".
(2) Click "View all" next to the "Recent deposits and withdrawals" on the right side of the page.
3. On the "Financial history" page, click "Withdraw", then select the relevant record to view the transaction hash (TxID).
2. App
(1) Open the AlphaX app and tap the "Assets" button at the bottom right corner.
(2) Tap the top-right history icon to view fund activity.
(3) On the "Wallet history" page, tap "Withdraw", then select the relevant record to view the transaction hash (TxID).
