- Understanding order status
After you initiate a withdrawal, the order status will show the latest progress of your withdrawal. Each status indicates the following:
Pending review: The order is queued for processing.
Withdrawal in progress: The withdrawal is being confirmed on-chain.
Withdrawal successful: The assets have been sent and confirmed on the blockchain.
Withdrawal failed: The withdrawal was not processed due to issues such as an incorrect wallet address or insufficient funds.
Withdrawal canceled: The user requested cancellation while the order was still in the pending review stage. Once canceled, the funds will remain in the account.

(1) Why does my withdrawal take longer than usual?
Due to blockchain network congestion, system maintenance, or additional security verification, delays may occur. You can use the TxID to check the transaction status on the blockchain. If the delay persists, contact customer service.
(2) Can I track my transaction on the blockchain?
Yes. You can use the TxID provided in your withdrawal history to check the transaction status on a blockchain explorer.
(3) What should I do if my withdrawal status shows "Failed"?
If your withdrawal status shows "Failed", check your withdrawal details and try again. If you need further assistance, contact customer service.
(4) Can I cancel a withdrawal request?
When the order status is "Pending review", you can click "Cancel" to cancel the withdrawal request. Once the order enters on-chain processing, it can no longer be canceled.
