To improve user experience, AlphaX has introduced a deposit recovery feature. If your deposit is not credited, submit a request via the "Recover uncredited deposit" feature, and we will assist you in recovering your funds. Once the request is completed, the funds will be credited to your spot account or returned to the original address or an address you provide.
1. Click the "Deposit" button in the top-right corner of the homepage.
2. Click "Click here" next to the "Deposit not received?"
3. Click to select the status of this deposit on the withdrawal platform. Then, click the "Next" button.
Note: If the deposit is not completed or fails, wait patiently or contact the withdrawal platform, as funds have not yet arrived at AlphaX.
4. Complete the form to submit your request:
(1) Select the coin you deposited. If you can't find it in the list, enter the coin name in the search bar. Make sure the spelling is correct and no characters are missing.
(2) Enter the deposit amount. Enter the exact amount (up to eight decimal places).
(3) Select the deposit network.
(4) Enter the transaction ID/transaction hash.
(5) Upload a screenshot of your order.
(6) You may choose to return the funds to the original address or a specified address.
(7) Click "Submit".
Your request will be forwarded to the relevant team for processing. It may take up to 10 business days to complete your request.
- Important notice
1. Because deposit recovery requires significant manual effort and time, and involves third-party assistance, a 20 USDT fee will be charged or frozen as a recovery fee. In certain cases, after verification, the 20 USDT may be refunded or the recovery service may be provided free of charge. The final outcome will be subject to the actual verification result.
2. The TxID must be traceable on a blockchain explorer.
3. AlphaX will make every effort to help you recover your assets. However, due to the complexity of blockchain networks, we cannot guarantee full recovery in all cases.
